Process support

We accompany processes until they sustain themselves, in particular pilot stages and phases when projects are released into independence. Support means enabling individuals and institutions to continue their own processes sustainably and autonomously.

Typical examples of our work are

• Supporting team processes in transformation phases for transnational programs in international cooperation
• Supporting team development during mergers between German and French teams in the industrial sector
• Supporting the development of new event formats for municipal partnerships
• Supporting the creation of a network for vocational training teachers from Senegal
• Supporting a pilot approach for partnerships between craft enterprises from Germany, Rwanda and Uganda
